Open the battery cover and re-connect to battery connector again.

(Too light) increase exposure time setting SEC ↑, (Too dark) Decrease exposure time setting SEC ↓

The device is normally opertated well during X-ray exposure without any error code display, either intra oral sensor and related software might caused this problem. please contact the person in charge of.

Either exposure switch (hand switch) keep pressing or exposure switch (hand switch) press during displaying stanby icon, Alarm 8 usually displayed. Check the exposure switch.

Exposure switch release then X-ray standard exposure time.

Exposure switch should be pressed until end of beep.

Normal (10℃~35℃)

: Open the battery cover and re-connect to battery connector again.

Cold Environment (under 10℃)

: In case that temp is under 15℃, there is possiblity to make malfucntion due to the temporal battery inefficiency. Please keep them warm place over 1 hours and test it.
